The Goal

The goal of the Summer Youth Employment Program is to provide you with meaningful work experience to help you thrive later on in life. Whether it be at college or in your first job, the program is designed to help propel your career.

Why JabaTalks?

However, the experience is not enough – in order to maximize your employment opportunities, you must also be able to effectively communicate your skills and experiences to future employers. As such, the Office of Youth Programs has teamed up with JabaTalks to provide you with a platform to practice your interview skills and receive coaching feedback.
